His work spans industries such as physical security, video management, SaaS, smart home technology, and consumer and commercial electronics—with a consistent track record of delivering results in complex, competitive markets.
Todd is known for his ability to realign go-to-market strategies, build scalable commercial frameworks, and lead high-performing teams through times of growth, change, and transformation. Whether developing major account programs, optimizing channel strategies, or restructuring sales operations, he brings real-world experience—not theory—to every client relationship.
